Job summary

Sierra ITS is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our established team in Schaumburg, IL. This hands-on role focuses on PC/laptop troubleshooting, AD administration, and support for critical business applications and Microsoft 365.

You will be one of four technicians supporting roughly 600 users, with primary attention to ~100 employees at the main office. This is a full-time, on-site position with fingerprint background checks and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PC and laptop troubleshooting and deployment.
• Active Directory administration, migration, and cleanup.
• Custom business application and Microsoft 365 support.
• Basic server and networking knowledge.
• Windows 10 and 11 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support approximately 600 users, focusing on about 100 employees at the main office.
• Take ownership of issues and build relationships with end users.
• On-site IT support Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00, Schaumburg, IL.
