Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a Help Desk/PC Technician to support IT operations across the United States from our Anderson Main Office in Redding, CA. The role is not remote and is based at our California office.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PCs, laptops, devices and printers by phone, configuring Microsoft software and MFA, and assisting users with network and security basics. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of computer/network problem-solving in a business setting.
• CCNA and/or A+ certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with remote support tools.
• Experience with Windows Desktop and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide PC, laptop, device and printer troubleshooting by phone.
• Support IT operations across the United States.
• Guide users through corrective steps and best practices.
• Coach users on best-practice problem solving methods.
• Install and support Microsoft software and licensing.
• iOS and Android activation, email configuration, MFA enrollment.
