Responsibilities

Assist with the physical maintenance of on-premises network equipment and datacenter hardware.
Maintain Knowledge Base and update ticketing logs for the team.
Ensure security configurations on end-user devices comply with company and government standards.
Monitor system alerts and perform routine health checks on office tech.
