Sourcepass in New York is seeking an on-site Level I IT Support professional to deliver break/fix resolutions and install new equipment. You will assist users across a range of devices, networks, and software in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT or related field (or equivalent experience), strong communication, and a drive to grow technical skills in Windows, ChromeOS, Google Workspace, and AD/MDM environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn and grow technical skills onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level I IT support and break/fix resolution on-site.
• Install new equipment and services as needed.
• Communicate clearly with users and document issues thoroughly.
• Plan and execute IT projects efficiently, independently or in a team.
• Support Windows, ChromeOS, and networked devices and printers.
