Job summary

You'll be the first point of contact for hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues, with opportunities to build an inventory and work on IT projects in a stable utility setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent professional training.
• Hands-on IT support experience or relevant certification.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS and common office software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications a plus.
• Willingness to travel in-state to multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to staff in person, by phone, email, and remote tools.
• Set up and deploy laptops, tablets, and peripherals; manage accounts and licenses.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and email issues; assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Document procedures and maintain IT inventory across offices and plants.
• Travel regularly to Arizona facilities to provide on-site support.
