Job summary

The role involves on‑site work at the corporate office with occasional travel to other sites and a potential on‑call rotation. An associate degree in IT is required; a bachelor’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least two years in a similar IT support role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line IT support to staff via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain hardware, software, printers, PCs, servers; support networks.
• Assist with network deployments, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and travel to company locations as needed.
• Translate technical concepts into simple language for non‑technical users.
