Job summary

S&F Land Services is seeking a junior IT support technician to provide hands-on help in our Phoenix, AZ office. You will troubleshoot software and hardware, handle user inquiries via calls/chats/emails, and work with the IT Manager to resolve issues and document knowledge.

Requirements include two years of IT experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on-site five days a week. Some travel to other offices may be required for hardware infrastructure work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and resolve users' problems with computer software and hardware.
• Handle field support calls, chat, email and other inquiries.
• Escalate major issues to IT Manager when needed.
• Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with IT Manager to research and resolve issues or suggest improvements.
• Coordinate service with software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products.
