Qualifications

• Experience with Windows/MacOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on-site (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.).
• Install and configure Windows/macOS OS and standard business apps.
• Set up and deploy new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity (wired/wireless).
• Maintain accurate asset records and support documentation.
