Job summary

Mobiz Inc is seeking a dependable Level 1 IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support at a client's production facility. You will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues and document your work.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of frontline IT experience, strong Windows 10/11 and basic macOS knowledge, and the ability to work face-to-face with users in a production environment. A customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 and macOS basics with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Understand PC hardware, peripherals, and basic networking.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 apps and endpoint devices.
• Experience with ITSM tools for ticketing and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.).
• Install and configure Windows/macOS and standard business apps.
• Set up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot basic wired/wireless network connectivity.
• Assist with cabling in data closets and device moves.
• Maintain asset records and support documentation.
• Deliver strong on-site customer service and professionalism.
