You will troubleshoot hardware, install operating systems, deploy new devices, and maintain asset records while delivering excellent customer service and professional on-site interactions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years in help desk, desktop support, or Level 1 IT field support.
• Experience with Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.).
• Install and configure Windows/macOS and business apps.
• Set up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices on-site.
• Resolve basic network issues (wired/wireless).
