Mobiz IT is seeking a dependable Level 1 IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical assistance at a client's production facility, bridging frontline hardware, software, and connectivity issues with remote IT and engineering teams.

You will troubleshoot PCs, printers, scanners, set up workstations and mobile devices, and support basic network connectivity while delivering excellent customer service to on-site users.

Qualificações

• Three+ years of Level 1 help desk or on-site IT support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments preferred.
• High school diploma or higher; IT degree or certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access equipment in tight spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.).
• Install and configure Windows/macOS and standard business apps.
• Set up and deploy new workstations and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity (wired/wireless).
• Document assets and support activity; escalate when needed.
• Support on-site moves and hardware upgrades.
