Job summary

Lympha Press in Glen Mills, PA, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and provisioning mobile devices. You will configure iPhone, iPad, and Android devices via MDM, assist with onboarding, manage Office 365, and support daily IT operations in a full-time, on-site role at our healthcare-focused company.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of IT support experience
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) for devices
• Proficient with Windows, iOS/iPadOS, and Android
• Experience supporting Office 365 administration

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for Windows-based systems and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot, respond to, and resolve help desk tickets with high service levels
• Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices using MDM solutions
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and device provisioning
• Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for business applications
• Maintain and troubleshoot workstation hardware, printers, and peripherals
• Educate employees on IT security and best practices
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for internal knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with IT team to improve support processes
• Escalate complex issues as needed
• Perform duties aligned with company mission and goals
