Job summary

Lympha Press in Pennsylvania is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage mobile device provisioning. You will support iPhone, iPad, and Android devices via MDM, assist with user accounts, and help keep daily IT operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Two or more years of IT support experience.
• Experience managing mobile devices using MDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of Windows, iOS/iPadOS and Android operating systems.
• Experience supporting Office 365 administration and common workplace applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical assistance for employee IT issues, including Windows-based systems and mobile devices.
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve help desk tickets with a high level of service.
• Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices using MDM solutions.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding including account setup and device provisioning.
• Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for business applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot workstation hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Educate employees on IT best practices and security guidelines.
• Document troubleshooting steps and share knowledge internally.
• Collaborate to improve support processes and service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Work professionally with staff across the organization.
• Align work with the Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
