Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an End User Computing Analyst to support enterprise devices across PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals. You will image, install software, and troubleshoot OS and app issues while maintaining SLAs and providing user guidance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and hands-on management of Windows, iOS, and network issues in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical customer service experience.
• Solid knowledge of PC hardware and software support.
• Experience with Windows OS, iOS and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and basic intranet knowledge.
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and software installs on end user devices.
• Log and monitor customer questions and resolve issues.
• Provide updates and status reports on issues.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLA).
• Create knowledge base articles with step-by-step guides.
• Configure, deploy and support end user devices and software.
• Activate cellular service on mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and related software.
• Support file and print services.
• Perform data and/or application backups and verifications.
• Test performance and functionality; restore data as needed.
• Provide user instructions for new devices.
• Archive backups and decommission devices as needed.
• Verify asset disposition and manage disposal approvals.
• Admin OS registry, Active Directory, and MDM.
• Use Ivanti for inventory, reports, and image deployment.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues on endpoints.
• Assist with telemedicine devices and conference room gear.
