Vast is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Long Beach, CA. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, delivering timely technical assistance and ensuring systems run smoothly. This is a full-time, in-person role reporting to the Manager, IT.

You will resolve issues, perform hardware upgrades, onboard/offboard users, and support multiple locations while adhering to SLAs and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and independent collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day help-desk support to employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and MacOS issues.
• Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
