Job summary

Vast is hiring an IT Support Specialist for our Long Beach, CA location to deliver day-to-day technical assistance to internal staff and ensure smooth operation of systems. You will act as the first contact for issues, providing timely solutions and excellent user service in a fast-paced, hardware-rich startup setting.

The role is full-time, in-person at our Long Beach office, with responsibility for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, plus support across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Familiarity with Windows and MacOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to internal employees.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Monitor and resolve incidents in ITSM systems (e.g., Jira SM, Zendesk).
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding of users.
• Support multiple locations and office equipment.
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades.
