Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT support experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support via phone, remote, and on-site.

• Manage Jacksonville facility systems: PCs, time-collection devices, docking stations, printers, WAN/LAN connectivity.
• Support upcoming VoIP phone system physical setups and configurations.
