Scarlett Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to join our onsite Jacksonville team. You will be the front-line resource helping clients with hardware, software, and basic network issues while delivering strong customer service.

The role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys troubleshooting, learning, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment. On-site daily work in Jacksonville, FL is required, with a support-focused culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Help Desk, Technical Support, Customer Service, or related experience.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or other entry-level certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, peripheral devices, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical information within the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or appropriate support teams as needed.
• Assist with workstation setup, deployment, maintenance, and hardware replacement activities.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments, desktop applications, printers, and common business technologies.
• Follow established support processes, service standards, and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues and requests.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and occasional after-hours support when required.
