Job summary

Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle day-to-day and event-based IT needs for venues, including POS, back office, and networking under the IT Lead.

You will provide hands-on support, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with application owners to ensure high-quality IT services during events while staying mobile and ready to work at multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of experience with IT systems; experience with POS systems.
• Experience in concessions, retail, and/or stadium environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work stadium/arena events and travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Proactive IT support for POS systems and event technology.
• Communicate issues to appropriate application owners and vendors.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.
• Work cooperatively with onsite IT Lead.
• Stay up-to-date on IT trends and security.
• Maintain familiarity with IT audits and security assessments.
• Resolve IT incidents and problems promptly.
• Represent the IT department to onsite leadership.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds.
