Job summary

Aramark Sports & Entertainment in Baton Rouge is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle day-to-day IT needs for venues, including POS, back-office systems and networking under the onsite IT Lead.

You will deliver high-quality IT services during events, troubleshoot issues, communicate with application owners and vendors, and stay current with IT trends and security practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in IT support in stadium or event environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
