Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dedicated POS support specialist to ensure smooth operation of point-of-sale systems at our venues. You will deploy and tear down POS terminals, update sales data, and provide IT support for PCs and printers.

This role requires strong customer service, independent work, and the ability to handle a fast-paced event environment. The position involves on-site responsibilities, hardware replacements, and immediate troubleshooting during events.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS hardware and software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Physical ability to stand, walk long distances and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems.
• Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure all systems are operational during events.
• Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnoses software, firmware & hardware errors.
• Maintain knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices.
