Job summary

Aramark Sports & Entertainment seeks an IT Support Specialist to handle day-to-day and event-based IT needs across POS, back office, networking, and related systems. You will work under the venue IT Lead, delivering high-quality IT services to support business operations during events.

The role requires your ability to troubleshoot IT issues, communicate with owners and vendors, and stay current with IT trends.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required).
Use logical thinking to perform a variety of office tasks that require special skills and knowledge.
Experience in concessions, retail and/or stadium environments is preferred.
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot IT issues.
Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work stadium/arena events while constantly on the move between properties.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive support and maintenance around POS systems and other technologies used during events.
Communicate issues to appropriate application owners and vendors.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.
Collaborate with onsite IT Lead and follow directions.
Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Maintain familiarity with IT audits and security assessments.
Resolve IT incidents and problems in a timely manner.
Represent the IT department to onsite leadership.
Role may require lifting up to 50 pounds and extended standing/walking.
