Job summary

Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day and event-based IT needs for venues in Tallahassee. You will provide hands-on support for POS, back office, networking, and other systems under the guidance of the IT Lead.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced stadium environment during events. On-site collaboration with leadership and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years with IT systems; POS experience preferred.
• Experience in concessions/stadium environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot IT issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work during events and travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive IT support for POS, back office, and networking during events.
• Communicate issues to application owners and vendors.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.
• Work with the onsite IT Lead and follow direction.
• Stay current with IT trends and security best practices.
• Handle IT incidents and problems.
• Represent the IT department to onsite leadership.
