Rothe Development Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Enhanced User Support team at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. The role supports a high-profile user base including astronauts and management.

You will provide Tier I/II support for hardware, software, network access, and enterprise applications, with a 7:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time schedule and a 24/7 hotline. On-site responsibilities include onboarding, workstation setup, account provisioning, documentation, and

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer or user support in an Enterprise IT environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Experience in OS imaging and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Enhanced User support for a high-profile user base, including Astronauts and leadership.
• Respond to user inquiries via multiple channels with quick turnaround.
• Assist with onboarding, workstation setup, and account provisioning.
• Document issues and solutions clearly and maintain process documentation.
• Follow internal procedures and escalate where needed.
