Job summary

ADP is seeking a Principal IT Support Analyst in Tempe to provide on-site end-user computing support for employees. You will handle technical issues across software, hardware, networking, printing, and security. Strong communication and customer-focused action are essential to succeed and maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with macOS, MacBook, iPad & iPhone.
• Experience with Microsoft OS, AD, Azure and Collaboration tools preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of desktop support supporting medium to large size businesses.
• 3 – 5 years of mobile support android and apple products.
• Process-driven with experience utilizing IT ticketing systems with preference to Service Now.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
• Self-motivated with the ability to proactively identify areas of needed improvement.
• Ability to build and train team members on support KB Articles and Training documentation.
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Champion service excellence by ensuring positive end-user experiences through responsive support, effective issue resolution, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: help clients manage their business using our solutions, including troubleshooting and probing to resolve IT issues.
• Coordinate with multiple business units and teams to troubleshoot and deliver a seamless client experience.
