ADP is seeking an Application and Tech Management Professional for an on-site role in Tempe, AZ. You will be the primary point of contact for end-user IT issues, covering software, hardware, networking, and printing, while collaborating with the End User Computing team to ensure a seamless support experience.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of desktop and mobile support, proficiency with macOS and Microsoft OS, and experience with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).

As a Principal IT Support Analyst professional you will be a point of contact for ADP employees experiencing any technical support-related issues including but not limited to; software applications, desktop hardware, network/IP telephony services, and print services.
To thrive in this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud.
