Job summary

ADP is seeking an Application and Tech Management Professional for an on-site role in Tempe, AZ. You will be the primary point of contact for end-user IT issues, covering software, hardware, networking, and printing, while collaborating with the End User Computing team to ensure a seamless support experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of desktop and mobile support, proficiency with macOS and Microsoft OS, and experience with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with macOS, MacBook, iPad & iPhone
• Experience with Microsoft OS, AD, Azure and Collaboration tools preferred.
• 3–5 years of desktop support for medium to large businesses
• 3–5 years of mobile support (Android and Apple products)
• Process-driven with IT ticketing systems; Service Now preferred
• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization
• Ability to train team members on support KB articles and documentation
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication
• Champion service excellence with positive end-user experiences

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for clients using our solutions
• Collaborate with multiple business units to deliver a seamless client experience
