Qualifications

• Two Years of experience with Windows Desktop Management is preferred.
• One Year of experience with MAC OS is preferred.
• Office 365 experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is preferred.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Excellent decision making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Network and Desktop Environments.
• Maintain Desktops, Laptops, and Tablets.
• Support End-Users both remotely and on premise.
• Assist on IT Projects as required.
