Job summary

UMOM New Day Centers in Phoenix, AZ seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user technical assistance across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage tickets, and deliver customer-focused support to staff in daily operations.

The role requires at least two years of onsite support, familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree and industry certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

High School or GED Diploma, required.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field preferred.
Minimum two years' experience providing onsite technical support.
Preferred industry certifications: Network+, A+, Security+, MCP, CCNA, and/or CCENT.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with IT Leader to ensure efficient operation of the technological environment.
Diagnoses and resolves complex computer problems for end users, including offsite repair for remote users.
Installs, configures, tests, and maintains end-user workstations and related hardware/software to meet service levels.
Maintains inventory of monitors, keyboards, drives, modems, network cards, licenses and other components.
