Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 3-7 years in IT Support or Desktop Support roles.
• Experience in enterprise Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Manage incidents and service requests per ITIL processes.
• Maintain endpoint configuration with SCCM/MECM and Intune.
