Qualifications

• Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM or similar).
• Strong TCP/IP networking concepts and Windows networking/security knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site end-user and technical support for workstations and peripherals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware/software issues and document resolutions.
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and technology rollouts; manage incidents in the helpdesk system.
• Maintain mobile devices and video/meeting room technologies as needed.
• Collaborate with IT to improve processes and support quality.
