Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a computer or network technician, or equivalent education/experience.
• Advanced knowledge of PC repair and configuration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex workstation, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for networked hardware and software across company platforms.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk system; manage assets.
• Ensure timely resolution of service tickets per SLAs.
• Support hardware/software upgrades, system implementations, and rollouts.
• Maintain mobile devices and cellular accounts; provisioning and upgrades.
• Support and maintain software management systems (SCCM or similar).
• Troubleshoot multimedia systems (projectors, video displays, conferencing, interactive boards).
• Provide on-site and remote support for conference room tech and executive presentations.
