Job summary

All Lines Technology is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site and remote end-user support at Cranberry and Rochester. You will diagnose hardware, OS, and application issues, manage incidents, and assist with system upgrades and rollouts.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows OS and SCCM. You will also contribute to training, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the IT team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a computer or network technician or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with PC repair and configuration, Windows OS, and Office apps
• Familiarity with software deployment tools (SCCM or similar)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts and Windows networking and security

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex IT issues across workstation hardware, operating systems, and peripherals
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for networked hardware and software across multiple platforms
• Document incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk system
• Ensure timely ticket resolution per service levels
• Support hardware/software upgrades and technology rollouts
• Maintain corporate mobile device provisioning and management
• Support software deployment and patch management platforms
• Maintain multimedia systems, projectors, displays, and conferencing tech
• Provide on-site and remote support for conference rooms and executive presentations
• Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge
