Job summary

All Lines Technology is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to perform on-site and remote support in Cranberry and Rochester. You will diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, OS, applications, and peripherals, and assist with networked devices and conference room tech.

You will document incidents, manage assets, support upgrades and deployments, and contribute to process improvements. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork are essential, with the ability to mentor junior

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a computer or network technician.
• Hands-on PC repair, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office apps.
• Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM or similar).
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and Windows security basics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex workstation issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for networked hardware and software.
• Document incidents and asset management in the helpdesk system.
• Ensure timely ticket resolution per service level expectations.
• Support hardware/software upgrades and technology rollouts.
• Maintain corporate mobile devices and service plans.
• Support software management systems including deployment tools (SCCM).
• Support multimedia systems and conference room tech.
• Develop automated solutions using PowerShell and scripting.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with IT peers.
