Job summary

Mobiz Inc is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to provide on-site assistance at a client's Kentucky production facility. You will bridge remote support with engineering teams, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues on the ground.

The role requires problem-solving, customer focus, and face-to-face user support. Prior manufacturing or safety-sensitive environment experience is preferred, along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in help desk, desktop support, or Level 1 IT field support.
• On-site support at a client's production facility.
• Experience in manufacturing or safety-sensitive environments preferred.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network connectivity issues.
• Document work and elevate complex issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on-site.
• Install and configure operating systems and standard business apps.
• Set up and deploy workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity (wired and wireless).
• Maintain accurate asset records and support documentation.
