Job summary

DAG Tech in Chicago is seeking a Tier II IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering Operations team. You will provide front-line helpdesk support, handle configurations, hardware/network issues, and cloud service setup, while delivering high-quality service to end-users.

You will work on-site at our Chicago office, supporting Windows and Mac desktops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom, with emphasis on documentation and time tracking for all

Qualifications

• Provide front-line support and document resolutions.
• Configure computers and troubleshoot hardware/network/OS issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and cloud service setup.
• Maintain accurate documentation and time tracking.
• On-site support at Chicago location.

Responsibilities
