Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
• 2+ years of supporting Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
• 2+ years of maintaining a corporate network environment
• High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years computer networking experience (preferred)
• Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high quality hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues; evaluate log files to determine health of systems, software and hardware
• Triage and escalate system or network outages to reduce downtime
• Understand and execute change management in a high availability environment
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvement projects to deliver operational excellence
• Oversee IT asset inventories and lifecycle
• Mentor and train peers and new team members
• Continuously expand skills and knowledge of IT policies and latest technologies
• Occasional travel required based on business needs
• Participate in 24/7 on-call duty for high-severity incidents and escalations
