Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high-quality support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues; evaluate logs to assess system, software and hardware health.
• Assist with triaging and escalating system or network outages to reduce downtime.
• Understand and execute change management activities in a high availability environment.
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvement projects, defining requirements and ensuring execution for operational excellence.
• Effectively manage and oversee IT asset inventories.
• Participate in hiring, train and mentor peers and new team members, valuing diverse perspectives.
