Amazon is seeking an ITS Support Engineer in Seattle to deliver on-site, high-quality troubleshooting and IT services for corporate employees. Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM)
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment
• 1+ years IT client, server and network service delivery
• 2+ years networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
• 2+ years Windows/Mac/Linux OS support
• 2+ years corporate network environment experience
• High school diploma
• Video conference equipment experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• A/V support experience (preferred)
• Ability to write simple scripts in an administrative language (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high quality, hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues, evaluating log files to determine health of systems, software and hardware
• Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and act as escalation point
• Assist with triage and escalation to reduce downtime
• Understand and execute change management in a high availability environment
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on continuous improvement projects
• Manage and oversee IT asset inventories
• Participate in hiring, training and mentoring peers and new team members
• Continue expanding skills and knowledge of IT policies
