Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks an IT Support Co-Op for Winter/Spring 2027 (January–May, full-time) to assist with day-to-day technology operations and improve user productivity across the organization.

You will support local operations and contribute to enterprise IT initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. The role requires enrollment in an IT/CS degree program, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• General understanding of Windows-based systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, and VPN).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for workplace information and communications systems, including Microsoft 365 applications.
• Assist with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and workstations, including basic network and system issues.
• Help maintain data integrity and file system security, including managing permissions and access in Microsoft 365 under guidance.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Support research and provide recommendations for hardware and software solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Assist with ongoing IT infrastructure and technology projects as assigned.
• Help deliver basic training and guidance to users on common applications and tools.
