Job summary

Tanimura & Antle is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join the IT Operations Team in Salinas, CA. This on-site role provides hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in a Microsoft Windows/M365 environment, with after-hours on-call on a rotation basis.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and assist with conference room technology and office moves. Travel to remote sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service and documentation skills.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and various business applications.
• Image, deploy, and upgrade desktop, laptop, and mobile systems.
• Troubleshoot user accounts, password resets, and file permissions.
• Assist with conference room tech and peripheral devices; document resolutions.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and update internal documentation.
