Job summary

Terumo Group in California is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support frontline associates. You will image workstations using System Center Configuration Manager, configure Windows devices, and manage Active Directory user accounts, access, and data.

You will coordinate with vendors for hardware, and resolve Level I tickets promptly. The role requires strong communication, basic hardware troubleshooting, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Experience imaging and deploying Windows devices.
• Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory.
• Strong communication and user-facing support skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors for hardware and data transfer.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Image workstations with SCCM to prepare for deployment.
• Coordinate with associates to replace leased equipment and transfer data.
• Triage and resolve Level I tickets via IT helpdesk system.
• Initiate vendor coordination to replace or repair hardware.
• Manage AD user accounts and data archiving.
• Wipe data and ship devices back to the vendor.
• Set up Windows desktops/laptops and mobile devices for new hires.
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting on devices and peripherals.
• Install and support Microsoft 365 apps and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Follow IT procedures for incidents and changes.
• Participate in meetings and IT projects.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory.
