Telecon is seeking a energetic Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team in Salt Lake City. This full-time, on-site role involves daily in-office collaboration and delivering frontline IT support.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in IT support, a trade certificate or IT diploma, and knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Networking, and Office 365. Certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or IT diploma required/preferred.
• 1–2 years IT support experience.
• CompTIA A+ or HDI-SCA certifications are assets but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT helpdesk support for Telecon staff.
• Troubleshoot incidents and handle service requests.
• Document technical steps and close tickets for knowledge sharing.
• Prioritize incidents based on business impact and urgency.
