Job summary

Noble Community Clinics is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Tech to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. This on-site role supports employees across our healthcare organization, handling hardware/software issues, tickets, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, communicates clearly, and balances priorities in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare IT exposure and EPIC/Dentrix experience are a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting HP/Windows environments and troubleshooting hardware/software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 or similar software.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via help desk, phone, email, and other channels.
• Triage, prioritize, document, and resolve technical support tickets.
• Provide remote and on-site support at clinic locations as needed.
• Create and manage user accounts and onboarding for new hires (email, phones, EPIC, Dentrix, etc.).
• Assist with IT asset management, inventory, and knowledge base articles.
