Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of healthcare IT experience preferred.
Associate’s degree in technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT tickets in person, by phone, or by email.
Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and document steps.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair hardware and software.
Manage user accounts and equipment inventory.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
Travel to Northshore locations for onsite support.
Produce help desk reports and track recurring issues.
Provide training to users to promote effective technology use.
