Job summary

CommuniCare+OLE is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide onsite and remote support at the Regional Office in Napa, CA. The role reports to the IT Director and involves 1st-line desktop support across a healthcare environment.

You will handle user setup, email, imaging, devices, and printer/phone configurations while assisting with training and projectors for events. Healthcare IT familiarity and Epic EMR experience are valued.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ level 1 desktop support in a Microsoft environment is required.
Healthcare environment experience is preferred.
Associate degree or IT certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to IT Helpdesk calls and Teams chats promptly and professionally.
Perform system administration tasks including new user setup, email, imaging, and deploying new computers.
Set up printers and phones and assist in training session setups.
Assist with hardware and OS installation.
Update Help Desk ticketing system and document procedures.
Monitor printers and computers for status and issues.
Maintain asset inventory of all network equipment.
Be eager to learn and expand technical skills.
Collaborate with EHR and Data teams to manage system software.
