Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 computers in a business environment.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person technical support for Windows 11 desktops, laptops, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, authentication, printing, and access issues.
• Configure, deploy, replace, move, and maintain desktops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
• Create, modify, and disable employee accounts during onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
