Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology support experience.
• Extensive Windows 11 knowledge and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to deadlines.
• Experience with application and server support.
• Experience with integrating existing business systems.
• Experience with MS Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Strong communication with managers and coworkers.
• Knowledge of network security systems (firewalls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management).
• Ability to manage security incidents and coordinate responses.

Responsibilities

• Manage helpdesk functions and provide technical support to workstation users.
• Lead IT projects as needed and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain software and hardware systems supporting internal users.
• Assist users with ERP/MRP software issues and workflows.
• Create documentation for processes and procedures.
