Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk specialist to handle incoming support calls and email tickets, ensuring high-quality customer service and rapid issue resolution.

The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and access to key applications within a Citrix environment. The candidate will support Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and AD/Exchange, with responsibility for account creation and password resets, while maintaining performance standards and working a varied schedule

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting computer equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10, Microsoft Office (2013/2016/2019).
• Experience with Citrix fundamentals, Exchange, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot remote desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals.
• Assist users in resolving issues related to email, data, and productivity applications within a Citrix environment.
• Help users access key clinical and financial applications, including PointClickCare, Net Health, and Workday, creating accounts and resetting passwords, as needed.
• Assist with other IT support responsibilities, as needed.
