Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or technical certification preferred.
Strong troubleshooting of remote access issues and ITSM practices.
Experience with Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, VPN, and helpdesk tools.
Familiarity with Remedy, ConnectWise, and related ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues across hardware and software.
Manages service tickets from creation to resolution per SLA.
Allocates and escalates tickets to appropriate support levels.
Creates user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange.
Provides front-line support for mobile devices, laptops, printers, and network devices to end-users.
Keeps users informed with status updates and SLA adherence.
